Expedite your Hospital Appointment

We understand that waiting for hospital appointments can be frustrating and inconvenient. Hospital waiting lists are managed based on clinical priority to ensure those with the most urgent needs are seen first. While we sympathise with your situation, we can only assist in expediting hospital appointments if we determine it is clinically appropriate. To support you in this process, we have provided a template letter that you can use to contact the hospital directly. This letter can help you formally request a review of your appointment timing. Please note, contacting the hospital yourself with this letter may sometimes help highlight your concerns, but the final decision remains with the hospital based on clinical urgency.
