Welcome to Concept House and Sefton Road Surgery, where we are proud to operate as a dedicated partnership committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community.

Our team comprises Dr Gustavo Berni, Dr Hannah Brooks, Dr David Goldberg, and Dr Massimo Gozzelino, each bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to our practice. Together, we strive to deliver comprehensive and compassionate care, ensuring the well-being of our patients is at the heart of everything we do. 

The practice employs 2 full time and 2 part-time salaried GPs, a Practice Nurse and a Health Care assistants.  The District Nurse team provide care in the community for our patients.

We serve around 5,800 patients, and we are fully computerised which means that hospital letters, lab results and all clinical information is transmitted and stored electronically making patients' medical records secure, accurate and easy to access.

We are a training practice and we usually have a fully qualified 'trainee' GP attached to the practice.
