Named Accountable GP

All patients (including children) have been allocated a named, accountable GP. The named accountable GP's role will be to take responsibility for the co-ordination of care and ensure that care is delivered to each of their patients where required and based on their clinical judgement.

Patients may see any of the doctors in the practice. If you would like to know who your named accountable GP is, please ask when you next attend the surgery.

If a patient expresses a preference as to which GP they wish to be assigned, the practice will make reasonable effort to accommodate this request.
